Jennie was extremely patient with my husband and me as we were buying a house remotely from Oregon. She often accommodated the 3-hour time difference with virtual showings and discussions. She really supported us through a difficult home purchase as the home required many structural remediations. She was very creative and supportive in working through negotiations on the home repair strategy by the sellers. She recommended additional mold testing, which was very critical since it turned out there were two dangerous molds proliferating in the basement. Had she not had that foresight, we would have been handed over a contaminated home. She was also able to recommend reliable contractors, and proactively worked with them to remediate the required repairs.
We had a very delayed closing due to so many repairs that were required on the home. I told Jennie that if we didn't close by a certain date that my mortgage rate would increase weekly. She made every effort possible to close on that date to avoid these increased mortgage rates. I really just cannot express sufficiently how much I enjoyed working with Jennie. She really went the extra mile in every single situation. I could see that without her expertise and patience, we may have not been able to get our house in a structurally safe condition. I really cannot say enough positive things about Jennie!...
