I selected Sharon Hevezi because she had an outstanding sales history, and she had been in real estate for many years, which to me meant that she had valuable experience. She had many positive reviews online as well. Then when I spoke to her to set our initial appointment, she was so kind and friendly that I felt really comfortable with her from the start. Even before I decided to list my house, she would check in with me from time to time to keep me informed about other home sale prices in my area, so I always knew what was happening around me. She set a plan on selling my house with such confidence, that I didn't worry about any part of it...and she was spot on! My house sold at full asking price in 5 days! She took such time with me from our initial meeting to the closing of my house, that I honestly felt at times like I was her only client. She's just an all-around great person, and a true professional who really knows what she's doing. I would highly recommend Sharon Hevezi to anyone needing a realtor.
