Michael was very knowledgeable of the area and the market Analysis he provided us; showed us real life scenario's on the sale of our home. His insight to the staging of the house inside and out helped to sell our home quickly. We were able to get 2 showings and 2 offers on the first day! Wow.
He was also very intune with the style of our current home and what we would be looking for in a new home. He knew a lot of different areas around the area we selected that would fit our lifestyle. He was able to help us find our new home as well.
