Amy has been the most thorough realtor myself and my wife have ever had. She was with us every step of the way through selling our house with her and buying our new home that she wasn't even an agent on. Couldn't ask for a better realtor and someone to trust and rely on. Even when our little boy was sick she called and texted to check in and see how he was doing/feeling. She came and sat with our two golden retrievers during showings when both myself and my wife were out of town with our jobs and couldn't get home in time to take them. Little details like that separate her from just your run of the mill realtor, to someone extremely special.
Amy did an excellent job with everything that pertained to our house. It sold within a weekend and returned a greater price than even I had imagined. The selling portion of our buy/sell of houses Amy handled great. I never had to worry about the status of the house and where we stood on selling it.
Amy was always available anytime I had a question not only about our house we were selling but also about the one we were buying. My only thing I would have changed is for her to have been our buying agent as well, because I dealt more with her than I did the realtor I should have been talking with. She walked me and my wife through the process of everything and made sure we weren't being taken for a ride and that's all that I can ask of her as I am someone who isn't well versed in real estate. Can't say enough good things about her and her willingness to be open and honest to talk through things on my long commutes back to Richmond over the phone. She didn't have to do that, she wasn't the agent for the buy, but it says something about her that she was willing to do that and be a listening board for myself.
Amy did great with everything and took care of things we were not knowledgeable on to make sure we were getting the best price we could in order to be able to move back home. In the end thats all I can ask of her and anyone that's get her as an agent should consider themselves very lucky.
