Chad was so helpful and knowledgeable about the local real estate market. He spent several hours each day for three days showing us homes in the area. When we realized that we were asking him to show us homes that were not going to be a good fit for us due to my wife's health issues and had to return to Florida, Chad continued to work with us remotely to find us a home that was suitable.
He notified us of each home that came on the market. Did a remote walk through each one, then walked us through the process once we had a house picked out.
He assisted my lender with their inquiries and handled all the issues with local title and the seller / realtor to make the buying process easy and seamless.
Chad is great at what he does and I not only would recommend him I already have recommended him to one of my co-workers who expressed a little jealousy about my new home.
