Oh my God, where do I even begin describing the wonderful experience I had working with Margaret? Let me preface this by saying that I am probably the pickiest, type A, detail oriented person I know, by both nature and profession. I first found Margaret a few years back when I was exploring the idea of getting a second home in New Orleans. She showed me a few places and was very patient in all my machinations of deciding what I wanted, when, where and how for several months thereafter. There was never any pressure from her and she even said " I am ready when you are". I'm from out of state and am used to agents who are quite the opposite and would have dropped me like a hot potato. Not Margaret. She stuck with me until I found a home I wanted.
Everything from start to finish was made easier and more pleasurable because of her personality, ethics and professionalism. Just chose her. You can stop even considering other agents. You won't be sorry! She's awesome.
