Theresa was very useful in preparing to sale my property with Century 21. When I first had contact with Theresa it was through one of her client that wanted to purchase my property. However, the sale of the house to her client fell through. Because of the time and expense put forward with that client, Theresa was willing to offer her service to sell my house at a discount commission fee because of her client not following through with the purchase.
