I would highly recommend Betty to anybody that is looking for a home in the Merrimack Valley. It took plenty of showings to find the right place but Betty was there to help the entire time and made the process feel as easy as possible. We might have put a couple hundred miles on Betty's car and spent a few hours in traffic but she never let us give up hope that we'd eventually find our home!
When we locked in on a place, Betty was lightning quick to put in offers and exchange info with the sellers. We missed on a few offers but when we found the perfect home, Betty did everything she could to ensure we wouldn't lose!
There are so many steps within the process she kept us up to speed on exactly what was happening and what we needed to accomplish. I'd love to work with Betty again but the hope is that won't have to happen for a while!
