Donna Perry was excellent to work with! She took the time to explain everything to me and my siblings regarding the sale of our mother's house following her untimely passing. She was very respectful of our needs and wishes regarding the sale of the home. She kept in constant communication with us throughout the entire time the house was being sold and she made sure everything that needed to be done (inspections, appointments, follow-ups, etc.) were done correctly and in a timely fashion.
I would highly recommend Donna Perry to anyone that is in the process or beginning the process of selling a home.

We were first time home buyers and didn't know what to expect from the process.
Donna Perry was amazing. From the 1st phone call about the 1st house that we wanted to see until the closing and beyond, she took the time to guide us. It didn't matter how silly the question seemed to me or what time I asked it, she clearly and patiently answered it, what felt like almost immediately.
While looking at houses, she wasn't shy about pointing out what she saw as potential problems down the line, or when something that wasn't obvious was a real win for us the buyer.
She kept on the seller and his realtor to help meet deadlines and was a wonderful liaison when she needed to be one for us.
She was professional, friendly, and funny and really made the whole process less daunting.
