There are not enough good things that me and my wife could say about John. He was always in touch. Whenever we wanted to see a house, John had it setup right away. After we looked at a house, he gave us space to think and talk about it. No hassle and no rushing. He was very knowledgeable about the towns that we were looking in. That was one important think to us.
Paperwork was a breeze and if we had any questions, he was right there to answer then. Negotiations were great and he really made it feel like he was on our side and not just trying to chase a dollar. John made us feel like friends and not just another person to make commission off of. When its our time to buy anything again. We will definitely be calling John Gatton again. Highly recommend.
