would take to pricing and marketing the property, I was convinced that she knew her market and how to properly sell our home.
Danielle went above and beyond for us in every conceivable way. Our yard sign blew off one particularly windy day, and before I had even called her to let her know, she had already seen it and arranged for it to be fixed the same day. We took a long time between when an offer was made on our house and acceptance of that offer, and Danielle was patient with us throughout the whole process. We also had to deal with a number of legal hurdles particular to our situation, and though it was a new avenue for everyone involved (new not only to us and Danielle, but to the lawyer, and the County Clerk of Court), Danielle navigated the course with ease and professionalism.
On top of all that, Danielle got us top dollar for our hose. Danielle could not possibly have done a better job for us. She is a wonderful agent and a wonderful person....
