Before working with Dave Bender, we read his reviews. They consistently said he was ‘patient’ (not something you always hear). They relayed he thinks about his buyers and what their needs are. After doing research, we knew the general area we wanted to buy in. Many people recommended other areas, but we knew why we wanted to buy in the areas we were focusing on. Dave *was* patient. He was quick to respond to all of our questions and with showing us properties we were interested in. We’d been told years ago in another state, we were looking for a 'unicorn'. We felt a little like that during this home search because the local market is so tough. But we remained focused. We found our unicorn/*exactly what we wanted - in large part because of Dave’s patience and integrity and the gracious way he does business. Dave cared about our being genuinely happy with what would be our home. Highly recommend him.
