Cathy was amazing for us, she took time to tell us when things weren't up to par that we may not have been able to see in video house tours. She was knowledgeable about different areas in Maryland and helped us choose a good area within our mileage from work.
Cathy worked so well with our time difference as we were in Japan during the entire time we were choosing and touring homes. She went slowly and stopped when asked to view homes via video calls. She made herself available during the times we were awake in Japan.
She also scheduled a tour of the home for us initially when we arrived in person even though we were under contract already. It was much appreciated. Even after closing on the home she has been indispensable and helpful. We absolutely love her and will definitely use her in the future! Highly recommend!!!!!...
