Last year 2016, my husband and I had no other option but to enter into a Short Sale agreement with out rental property. After meeting Joy, she immediately began working with us by taking pictures of the house and putting them on the website. She began showing the house immediately. We received terrible news shortly after she began working with us, we were informed that we had of 2 Liens on the property. I was sure that Joy would leave us but she worked very hard and provided great counsel until the liens were released. I am amazed that she was able to keep the buyer and his agent interested after so many delays, but she did. On February 27, 2017 our home was sold to the buyer that waited almost 5 months for the property. She is kind, soft spoken and optimistic with her approaches to helping her clients. I would recommend her to anyone selling a house as well as anyone with thoughts of foreclosure. She truly went above and beyond for us.
