Since joining the real estate profession in 2014, I have been a consistent Multi-Million Dollar Producer, the recipient of the Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Silver and Gold Life Awards, and am in the top 10% of my profession through our local MLS board. I strive to do my best and serve my clients to the best of my abilities! Born and raised in Southwest Michigan, I have called this area “home” all my life and can offer plenty of knowledge about our area to buyers. Before becoming a realtor, I obtained my Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and taught for several years before becoming a stay-at-home mom for my two children, Ava and Ryan. While staying at home, I also started my own floral design business, JulieZDesignZ LLC, that focused on weddings and special events. When my children reached school age, I pursued my career in real estate. I am now a full-time realtor and love what I do every day. My degree in Education provides me with the skills necessary to coordinate multiple deals, work with all personalities and multitask in ways that many might struggle with. My strong belief in education has pushed me to go above and beyond by receiving my GRI, ABR, ePro, PSA and MRP designations as well as obtaining my broker's license in 2022.
