Kelley was the connsumate professional why being caring towards my father. The house sold was one that he was leaving to a son who ended up passing away unexpectedly.He never thought he'd have to deal with it & the mess it was left in. Kelley, dealt with the occcupant kindly so that person did a lot of the clearing out. Then, she located a person to do a total clean out. I am so grateful that my 87 YO dad was spared with having to do this. He really likes Kelley & trusted her completely....

Kelly's friendly, bubbly personality, excellent communication skill and great knowledge of the area market made it easy and fun experience (lowered the stress). She had a quick take on what I needed in a home and was always available to text or call when I needed some guidance and eyes on a property since I was a 3 hour drive away. With my needs and the available homes on the market this past year it was challenging however Kelly was there to help me make the most of it. She would check a listing out for me, gave a very good opinion about it meeting my expectations, arranged home inspection and did awesome on her follow through. From the time we put an offer in on the home I purchased we had several issues come up that were unusual and she helped me navigate them so I could make decisions right down to doing a final walk through and a remote closing due to extremely bad weather! She even put me in touch with a home security person and everything worked out perfectly!!!...
