Logan was referred by an associate of his with whom we have an established relationship. He was referred because this property is in another town. Logan was good on communications, timely in his responses and executing paperwork, and had a great "Coming Soon" pre-listing announcement that generated a lot of interest resulting in 10 appointments the first day. A bidding war on day 1 produced a sales price that far exceeded our expectations. Overall, we're very happy to have sold the home so quickly and appreciate Logan's help and assistance.
