Due to many, many unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, this was a very difficult and drawn out sale. Matt was a champion and a friend.
If you had an option for "Excellent " I would have selected it for every question on the survey.
Matt never faltered in his support, ideas and most of all his help. To say he went above and beyond would be selling him short. He excelled in his communication with me, found and worked with contractors for me, did a vast amount of research on and crushed each hurdle we encountered, kept an eye on and maintained the house in showing condition (I am not local), stayed positive, exhibited good business sense to name a few highlights. Even though we had an excessive amount of time on the market, it never occurred to me to change agents.
Matt stuck with me through a difficult situation and I would follow him into battle again without a second thought!
