every home that we looked at he would instantly run to the electric box and furnace/water heater and check for damages and quality of the equipment. he checked in windows, crawl spaces, windows, even helped us point out leaks that we did not notice. never have I seen a realtor get down on the ground to point out details to us, and Geoff went the extra mile and did just that. his exact words were "I will not let you buy a home that I would not be okay with living in myself" he was awesome!
anytime there was new information he would call us right away and always made sure that we understood everything that was going on. he always answered all of my questions and never treated us like we were bothering him.
buying a home is an exciting, yet very stressful process and Geoff made sure to make this experience as pleasant as possible. we could not be more happy about how this all played out
