James Bynum was patient with us as first timers. Commercial properties, non-profit status, big space needs, small budget, and a short time line made for a stressful and seemingly impossible situation but Jim was willing to travel an hour away to see as many properties as possible and it was the one he was willing to add on at the last minute that was "the one". His knowledge was superior but his ability to communicate complicated realestate protocols into laymen's terms so that we understood and could manage our expectations was his real superpower. The closing was a celebration for everyone.
