This was a sale of my dad's condo. He had passed away in March of 2017 and we were selling it "as is". Joe came in, looked at the condo and gave me what I felt was a fair starting price for the property and that is what we eventually got. He was patient while I looked for an electrical contractor to do some repairs that the inspector said had to be done and kept the buyers agent calm while that was happening. I was referred to Joseph Consiglio through another retired agent that I had called. I was very pleased with the experience and so was my brother who was the executor of the estate (and who lives on the east side) and was depending on me to get a good agent on this side of town. It worked out well. Joseph has a great sense of humor, good attitude and made the experience less stressful for me. I would recommend him to others.
