I recently relocated from Virginia and knew that I was purchasing a home pretty quickly. I wanted someone who understand the area and Darryl came highly recommended. It's rare to find someone who not only lives up to the hype but exceeds your expectations, and admittedly, I have very high expectations!
Darryl was great about making time for showings in a time efficient manner, and always, always was on time, even if I was running a little late! I love that!!
He was patient, did a great job sharing his knowledge but also listening to my needs. What I really respected is his ability to tell the hard truth in a professional manner that was direct but not offensive. I'm still working on that myself!
When I finally found the home I wanted he then went above and beyond to negotiate with the seller assuring that I got the best deal and best home possible. I never felt that Darryl did not hold my best interest at heart! That's BIG and probably rare!
I wouldn't be in my home today if it weren't for Darryl! Will I recommend him to friends and family? What do you think?? That's a no-brainer!
