When my wife and I were in the house hunting time, Theresa provided excellent services! Even went out of her way to show the house we currently reside now! It wasn't supposed to happen but she managed to give us a showing of it! Once we found that was going to be our permanent residency, she made sure that paperwork and legal aspects of the house purchase was 100% taken care of on her end. Any questions or concerns that my wife or I had, got answered 100% honestly to her best knowledge and if she didn't know the answer she made sure she got us the answer no matter what and in a timely matter!
