Grady Thomas
Grady has over forty years of corporate experience with Singer Worldwide Consumer Products, General Electric, Grey Advertising as well as many years of Corporate Training and Education with clients worldwide. He has also led Merger and Acquisition Teams for Fortune 500 companies as well as mid-level business throughout the East Coast with extensive focus upon new “start-ups” and “turnarounds”. He has been a member of the National Association of Turnaround Specialists and has been a Bankruptcy Trustee.
He has been a Product Marketing Manager and has led teams in GPS Technology, Consumer Products as well as new product development for Real Estate Acquisitions and Divestitures throughout the US.
Grady was a Regional Manager with Allen Tate (New Home Sales), Sales Manager for K. Hovnanian (Four Seasons Active Adult) and is currently a full time Realtor in North Carolina and South Carolina with multiple agents, primarily working with new construction and New Home Builders along with General Brokerage Management and training for over 25 Years.
He is also a Senior Licensed SC Instructor for Continuing Education and has taught classes for Coldwell Banker, Allen Tate, Fielding Homes and others. He is a Licensed Instructor for the North Carolina Builders Institute (NCBI) teaching CE and Elective Classes to Licensed Home Builders throughout North Carolina.
He currently lives in Sun City Carolina Lakes in Indian Land, SC and is active in church and municipal affairs and has served in many capacities for the North Carolina Home Builders Association as well as the Greater Charlotte Home Builders Association and Lake Norman Homebuilders Association and is currently serving on the Canopy Realtors Association as a Region 8 Board member of the NC Realtor's Association and on the Audit and Budgeting Committee, Governmental Affairs and RPAC Committees.
