This was not a usual listing and Larry told the facts up front. There were multiple banks holding debt, multiple sellers, many attornies, unpaid property taxes, and a lien on the property. Larry laid out the path we would have to take. He did the leg work getting signatures. He did the communication for the sale to happen. We were informed almost daily on what was done and what was left to do. Larry constatly checked on the home, monitoring all the systems, and kept us informed. We highly recommend Larry Stanley.
