Well, Jessica Kinsella Hoff, we made it, you did it! You said you’d sell my house and you did. It was a battle to say the least but you never put down your sword. Your persistence was of a great warrior fighting her extremist short sale battle, determined to make it to the finish line, determined to not quit, mostly determined to sell the property. There is none other that would have fought for me like you did. All would have given up, for the amount of time and effort far exceeded the compensation earned.
During these many months, I’ve thought long and hard on what I would say to you when this day came. Let me unpack this way. Your methodology was thoughtful and precise.
