Karen understood very well the type of house that we were looking to buy. We had been under contract on a multi-family one but later it turned out to be a short sale and the bank (lien holder) came back to ask even asking for a higher purchase price than we had originally made the deal for. We had to walk away from that because it was ridiculous. We continued to look at houses unti the one came for sale. Karen, with her expertise and practical knowledge helped me and my wife with everything necessary to win the house against the other buyers competing for it. She was always communicating every step of the process. She also helped us with all the paperwork about getting a CO and Fire Cert. from the township that was required to be able to close. She also recommended the mortgage lender and the attorney. It was stressful at times but it was all worth it. Overall we were very happy with the whole experience

Overall a good experience. It took longer than expected to sell the house because the price was out of range for that area, but that is not necessarily Karen's fault since there were not many comparables in the area. I learned a valuable lesson on choosing future investments (stay away from septic and well water in a town where 95percent of the homes are on city sewar and water). Karen worked hard on the listing and in the end I was happy with her work.
