Mr. Ramos and his team are highly qualified professionals with great experience in the field. They were very helpful and patients during the selling of the house, especially dealing with the New Jersey Morgage Company and an impolite character like Steven Martinez, one of their loan officers. Finally, I would also like to express my appreciation to Mr. Jeremy Quiros, from the Closing Department of Mr. Ramos's office. Without his firmness, and with the support of Mr. Ramos, I am sure that Mr. Martinez would have killed the business, as he threatened during a conversation full of hostility.
