It was one
of the most exciting things I ever did and I grew and learned a lot from the experience.
If it was up to me, I would nominate Eddie for a Realtor Agent award. When we sat down in February to discuss the plan to sell the house, everything I asked for was delivered at the closing of our business deal. Eddie also encouraged me to have fun with getting the house ready and cataloging or removing old memories. I did enjoy the process more with this attitude with me. I was getting very upset because the house was not getting offers and Eddie listened and told me to hang in there. He found the buyer on Fathers Day and negotiated a fair price the following Monday when we went to Attorney review. Then when I came home from work on my birthday, July 1st, I saw the UNDER CONTRACT on the lawn sign. Best birthday gift ever! He surprised me and then he helped me develop the house for the final sale which turned out to be fun with Eddie leading the project.
Long story short, I am living in a nice apartment surrounded by good people of my age and the buyer has a terrific bargain to develop and grow a family in. It was a win/win/win.... situation and Eddie was a good leader through the tough things which he handled with grace....
