My initial contact with the Karen for the sale of my home May 2023 was to discuss comps only. Karen came and discussed comps for my area, but when she departed, we had an agreed upon listing price and a Century 21 Alliance "coming soon" sign was in my yard and an immediate request for listed price.

My first contact with Karen was for a rental property. I was really impressed with the efforts she put forth in trying to mee this need. Karen diligence in trying to locate a rental property led me to contact her in 2015 for the sale of my home. However, my property was removed from the market at that time due to health issues. When I decided to sell in May of 2023, I remembered Karen. I called Karen, (she was the only Realtor I contacted), informing her I was ready to sell my house and I need her to also locate me a house in the 55 + community.
