Gurkamal Singh posses some easily observable characters that distinguish him from most realtors : (1) diligent and working fast - He obtained OPRA Open Public Records Request and Certificate of Occupancy within shortest time I ever know. (2) Great patience and fast response - he texted responds to my text to him almost immediately and even during weekends. I also believe Gurkamal Singh posses the kind of characters that usually are very difficult to observe among people - that his insistence on being honest and will not resort with dishonest methods to achieve his gains. This last part is so difficult to observe even from someone you think you already know for many years. But I think his pride on his background and his family and himself has produced a man of high integrity.
