Arlene Waye is the Founder and President of Awaye Realty. Arlene brings a wealth of Real Estate property management and sales experience to the company. A Major Brooklyn developer for almost a quarter of a century employed Arlene for sixteen years. He employed Arlene in the capacity of Real Estate Broker, Property Manager, and Chief Financial Officer for all of his holdings.
