I reached out to Century 21 requesting another realtor because we had issues with the other one. Angela called me right away and I explained everything to her. She immediately jumped in to help and explained things we didn't understand before. We told her sporadically about a private sale offer we got and we wanted to take off with it. She jumped right into get the offer out there, stayed by our side through the loan process, stopped in to check on us, even brought some wine when I thought I was going to cry from being overwhelmed.
