I'm not your typical buyer. I'm in the construction industry and having somebody that was willing to deal with my picking us was key. Ryan was incredibly responsive and we never had to wait around to hear back from him. When making appointments to see Homes with Ryan, he was incredibly flexible and willing to meet at virtually anytime. I don't think he ever said no. As a matter of fact, he would meet us sometimes before he had other appointments with little time for him to spare. Ryan got us access to every property we wanted to look at. He did not step on our toes when making considerations that concerned us. Like I said, in the beginning, I'm incredibly picky and his patience with me made the whole process much better. Without his willingness to work with us there would've been several properties. It would've been incredibly difficult to make time to look at. He made it happen every time for us. Not looking to buy another home soon, but I definitely would work with Ryan and Pat Riley
