Charles R. Willson RPh. MBA Principal Broker Mr. Willson has been licensed for real estate in Ohio since 2007, including a license as a broker since 2010. He has helped countless families and investors realize their goals in property ownership. He taught part-time at American National University and was made Department Chair at the Youngstown campus in 2017 until leaving to concentrate oh Real Estate practice in 2019. He is a 1966 graduate of Chichester High School in Boothwyn, Pa. and obtained a BSc degree from Temple University in 1971 and an MBA in 1975. He has served as Director of Pharmacy and a variety of administrative positions for 3 hospitals prior to beginning his real estate career. Once a widower, he has now been married for 33 years to a Youngstown native, a graduate of Wilson High School and Youngstown State University. He has one daughter who now lives and works in Colorado Springs. He is an active member of Venture Church and Planet Fitness.
