We tried contacting 2 other local realtors on line with no responce. I asked a question on an online listing and within 5 minutes Steven responded. I sent Steven a list of properties I was interested and the time frame we had for house hunting (one week).
Upon our arrival in the Youngstown area we hit the ground running. Steven had 6 or
7 properties lined up each day for three days. This allowed to maximize the time we had available.The properties were from my list, but one was a new addition that was just listed. That was the one we bought ! Steven and his wife (also an agent) helped write and present our offer that was quickly accepted by our seller. Steven stayed in contact throughout our 1 month escrow, even though he was on a family vacation during the period. Great experience from start to finish. I would highly recomend him for his professionalism and attention to detail....
