Tracy was helpful throughout the selling process. She communicated well with multiple members of my family. Because we were moving our elderly mother, it was important for all of us kids to be part of the process. But we all live quite a bit away from one another so group texts were a must. Tracy kept us all informed and worked with each of us on different aspects of the sale (as we each took responsibility for different facets). Tracy suggested a very reasonable price for the home and it sold extremely quickly. I also liked that Tracy tried to protect my mom from potential bad actors who might want to take advantage of an elderly woman living on her own. Tracy often said my mom reminded her or her own mom and I felt Tracy treated my mom so kindly due to that. I appreciate everything Tracy did for us as we look to write the next chapter of mom's life story.
