Ramona had managed my property for several years. She knew the house better than I did. Ramona has always given me good advice. When I met her, she toured the house with me and when the renters hadn’t had it clean for me to see, she spoke to them about it, then followed up with another inspection. I appreciated how aggressive she was in property management and the care she took of my property. I didn’t even realize she was a realtor until it was time to sell. She did not pressure me to take her on as a realtor, but it just made sense. I trusted her, and she is now handling the sale of a vacant lot that I am selling. I can’t say enough about her service. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a property manager or a realtor in the area.

Ramona’s performance was stellar. She even took the time zone difference into consideration when contacting me. The time difference is 5 hours and she never called too early, usually also texting first to ensure she was not bothering me. Ramona is a true professional and really came through with this sale. I believe my house was on the market about a week and got a full price offer. Good advertising and right priced.
