This sale was not an easy one for Katrina, given that the seller lived in a different state. Additionally, there were circumstances that were unpleasant from outside individuals who were interested in purchasing the house and sabotaging the current sale. Katrina handled this professionally and with wisdom. She made herself available at all times, she was always pleasant and patient with all of my questions, and she truly made this sale the easiest and most pleasant sale I have ever experienced, in spite of the circumstances. She has the perfect personality for this job, due to her warm, bubbly, and welcoming style and her genuine interest in her clients. She has a good work ethic. I wish her much luck going forward! Katrina sold the house to the first person that looked at it and immediately after putting it on the market! It was amazing! A miracle!
