Nocona exceeded our expectations in the handling of our purchase. She was always available and prompt to answer our questions. She was willing to help in any way she could to make the purchase a pleasant experience.
Nocona was very patient. We have been looking at properties for months and she was always accessible to get information and/or show the houses. She was also understanding when a property didn’t work for us. She listened to our wants and needs and kept an open line of communication.
We’ve heard horror stories about buying a house, but overall ours wasn’t bad at all. Everything went pretty smoothly, just a few minor hiccups. Nocona kept us informed about what was going on and what would happen next. We never felt like we were in the dark about anything or that anything took too long.
