Jeremy Chatmon actually had a buyer in a couple of days. My sister and I due to health issues decided not to sell our home. Then a week later, called him to say we had decided again to put home on the market. He had information out immediately and there was a showing the very next weekend.
Jeremy Chatmon would call to see if I had questions before I would call him. That was amazing. He was honest with his answers and when appropriate, he would recommend ways to improve, as simple as replacing a cover over the wall electric plug in.
