Hello! My name is Sue Barchik, and I am an Associate Broker for Century 21 Covered Bridges Realty (C21CBR) . In March 2025, I will celebrate my 35th year as a REALTOR. I’ve had the opportunity to own other companies, create the C21CBR Relocation Dept., manage a Satellite office of C21CBR, and participate in the management of both Company locations.

Sue was very realistic throughout the whole process. She kept our expectations reasonable, and steered us to not worry about things that might never happen. One saying she had, "We'll cross that bridge when we come to it." Sue always updated us with the latest developments, including responses from the buyer when issues came up. When all was said and done, we thought selling our house was a fairly simple and painless procedure.
