Words are not enough to describe just how grateful we are to have found Stephanie. She is simply the perfect realtor. We are first time home buyers and had no clue how any of the process works. Stephanie took the time to explain everything to us in detail. When we finally found a house that checked all the boxes, the seller ended up making the transaction unbelievably difficult from beginning to end. If it wasn't for Stephanie and her superhuman determination, patience, promptness, communication skills, and professionalism, we would not have made it to closing. This transaction took over 4 months due to the seller being out of compliance countless times and they would go no communication for days or even weeks at a time. Despite the overwhelmingly bleak circumstances, Stephanie held the deal together by herself because we had to have this particular house and she did everything in her power to make sure we got it.
