Susan was helpful for a somewhat unique situation. Since we were not locate we relied on Susan for everything. This included showing, outside maintance of the property as well as getting contractors. She used her contacts to update some parts of the house that needed some love and even purchased and made updates required to close. All in all Susan was a god send that did everything we weren't able to, as we weren't local. Thank you
