Just Wow! Jim Dolanch was amazing. Our sale was completed 100% remotely. We moved two weeks before the home was put on the market. Everything was handled by Jim and his expertise. The whole experience was so easy! Easier than we had even anticipated. I expected I would have to make numerous calls, etc. No....he managed the sale and all of the minor and major details. Seriously, we just sat back, discussed negotiations, and watched the house sell quickly and again...so easy. LOL, we never even broke a sweat. Thank you! Highly recommend Jim Dolanch and team.
