I didn’t know Dave before, I just sent information about my house to several agencies in Philly and Dave replied first. Some other agencies replied only after several days, some others didn’t bother to reply at all, I wonder if they ever check their emails. This is what I liked the most working with Dave - he was always in contact. So I always knew what’s going on there, Dave told me in detail about all showings, also sent weekly summaries and statistics. Before we went on the market he did a very precise analysis on comparable properties in the area and advised me on the pricing strategy. David knows South Philly very well, every good and bad block. Also he helped to communicate with Title Co. I was very confident and relaxed all the time during our cooperation and never felt that something is going not as I want. I could not attend the closing, so again Dave was there for me and signed, very convenient. He is a very competent professional.

When we were there for the closing and the condominium building didn't submit everything they needed to submit Dave worked overtime to make certain the mortgage company got what it needed.
