This was a small sale for a starter home for myself post-divorce. It was the smallest sale I have ever done, and it was honestly hard to get a Realtor to even show me listings for homes for what I was looking for. Knowing it was a small sale, I attempted to contact listing agents for viewings directly. The majority would not respond to emails or phone calls. Al was an agent who not only took my call but met with me on a Sunday afternoon, last minute. I then asked him to be my agent. I intend to use him for future sales, as I intend to invest in real estate and this sale is my first foray into doing so.
