It was our first experience purchasing property out of state, and she was immensely helpful in communicating the different rules and regulations in buying a property in South Carolina. Going through the virtual closing process was a new experience for us, yet Rachel stayed involved, asking questions of the listing agent and outlining which steps we still needed to complete to meet our closing deadline.
