I met Kim Efird at her office while visiting the area for a possible relocation after Hurricane Ian devastated Southwest Florida.
I found Kim to be extremely knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and experienced.
We loved the area and decided we would go with Kim. This was in November of 2022.
We returned to Florida and began preparing our house for sale.
During this time Kim sent us homes to look at over the Internet. Then when our Florida home went under contract we returned to South Carolina to begin our home search. The first home we contracted with came back with an unacceptable Inspection, and we decided not to go with that home.
After informing Kim of this, she immediately found us exactly what we were looking for. She walked us through the house on FaceTime, sent us the address so we could see pictures on the Internet. We were so pleased that we put in an offer and it was accepted.
