Kathleen did a very good job working with me and I have all the respect in the world for her.
Jen, Oklahoma
Kathleen listened to our families needs and was easy to talk too. She was not pushy and communicated well, keeping us updated after showings and offers. She was very helpful!
Steven King, Colorado and Deadwood
We were impressed with her on the first meeting, as she is very personable and comfortable to be around. She also queried us as to what our search criteria was so she could target our search. 'then she went to work targeting our search for a property to purchase.
It was the most enjoyable experience working with Kathleen that I have ever experienced with a real estate agent!
And having been involved in 4 real estate transaction in the last six months, I can unequivocally say that Kathleen proved to be the "cream of the crop", comparing all relators I have dealt with. I would not hesitate to recommend her to my family or closest friends (or to anyone else) if they have needs for buying or selling real estate in the Greater Black Hills or greater Rapid City area of South Dakota.
She is a GEM!!!
I would give Kathleen the highest marks for professionalism, knowledge, friendliness, helpfulness, promptness and integrity!
Kathleen was very attentive and obtained all information we sought from sellers or desired to be relayed to the selling party in a very timely and efficient manner. She kept us posted all along the way so we always knew the status of key processes and paperwork related to the transaction.
This provided us with the peace of mind and confidence that everything was being handled in a timely and professional manner. We would highly recommend Kathleen Scott to anyone who has a real estate need, either buying or selling, in the greater Black Hills or Rapid City, SD area!...
